Privacy Policy

RightMinds Orbital privacy policy for local conversation data and user-controlled sharing.

Overview

RightMinds Orbital handles AI conversation data so users can inspect metrics, save threads locally, view selected turns, and export their own records.

Data Collected or Processed

Orbital may process:

  • Conversation text from supported AI chat platforms.
  • Thread metadata such as title, platform, timestamps, message counts, and local identifiers.
  • Local tags, pin state, import state, and user-selected organization metadata.
  • Locally computed metrics such as coherence, mass, curvature, drift, and related diagnostic values.
  • User settings and display preferences.

How Data Is Used

Orbital uses this data to provide its single product purpose:

  • Observing supported AI conversations.
  • Preserving selected or discovered threads locally.
  • Displaying metrics and timelines.
  • Supporting local search, filtering, tagging, and export.
  • Preparing future user-controlled memory and relationship views.

Sharing

Orbital data stays 100% local unless the user explicitly chooses to share specific content outside the local machine.

The user-controlled sharing paths are:

  • User-selected memory, prompt context, or other injected content sent to a chat platform chosen by the user.
  • User-selected support material sent to RightMinds help staff for troubleshooting.

Orbital does not sell user data, transfer user data for advertising, or share local conversation data with RightMinds by default.

Storage

Orbital is designed to store product data locally in the browser or extension storage environment. Exported files are created only when the user initiates export.

Locally stored Orbital data remains on the user's machine unless the user chooses to export it, inject it into a chat platform, or send it to support.

User Control

Users can manage local settings, control exports, and choose when thread data is imported, rebuilt, reused, or shared.
