A Platform Thread Does Not Appear

Try:

  1. Confirm the platform is supported.
  2. Refresh the platform page.
  3. Open the Orbital side panel.
  4. Use rebuild if the Metrics surface exposes it.
  5. Open the Thread Library and run discovery again.

Platform pages often virtualize or lazily load conversation content, so a rebuild may be needed before Orbital can see the full thread.

Thread Library Looks Empty

Try:

  1. Confirm discovery has run.
  2. Check the current filters.
  3. Clear tag filters.
  4. Switch platform filters back to all.
  5. Increase or review the batch limit.

Turn View Has Fewer Turns Than Expected

Turn View can only show turns available in the local thread records. Rebuild or re-import the source threads, then reopen Turn View.

Export Is Missing Data

Confirm that the selected thread records include the turns and metadata you expect before exporting. Export should reflect the selected local data, not hidden platform-side state.
