What To Include
When reporting an issue, include:
- Orbital version.
- Browser version.
- Platform where the issue occurred.
- Whether the issue happened in Metrics, Thread Library, Turn View, Settings, Orbits, or Memory.
- Steps to reproduce.
- Whether the issue involves local data import, export, or deletion.
Only send sensitive conversation content when you choose to share it for troubleshooting. Redact anything you do not want support staff to see.
